We know everyone has their own reasons why they want to move out from the supplier’s support programs and we were always very keen to know them, not just out of curiosity but mainly because we learn a lot from them to improve our service. The 2014 survey on “why do you want an option to the supplier support program” is over and the results are:

1.  Looking for a better service quality
2.  Looking for a better value for money
3.  Escape from over licensing
4.  Needing to free a fair amount of budget for innovation or continuous improvement project
5.  “Fix” you ERP ROI
6.  Help business profitability
7.  Not happy with supplier’s approach to support
8.  Supplier’s roadmap does not fit your needs
9.  Unpleasant relationship with the supplier’s point of contact
